You retain full ownership of all data you input into M-EasyTools AI+. We do not claim any ownership over your business data. You can export your data at any time using the built-in export feature.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to provide notice of planned downtime where possible.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted from our servers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, M-EasyTools AI+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
